Focused on the quality of services provided and on the special attention given to customers, the company grew and has around 100 employees today.

Staff and Security
Our Staff:
At Excell we place a lot of importance in our staff and invest a lot of time in selecting quality staff, often rejecting applicants that other cleaning companies have been happy to employ. The mean goal is guarantee a perfect adaptation to the service and so that they are always updated with the technologies of the cleaning area, aiming at excellence in the services provided.
Security:
We are one of very few cleaning companies to genuinely complete a security check on all our staff, including a personal criminal history report from the Wanganui computer.
Continuity of standards
Our aim is to provide the highest standards of cleaning, with continuity of this standard being one of the hardest qualities to find in a cleaning company. We achieve this continuity of standard by several means:
• Genuine hands on supervision.
• Realistic task lists & timeframes for staff.
• High staff pay rates to encourage job satisfaction.
• Regular supervisor site assessments.
• A very important part of ensuring continuity is our staff bonus – $3+ of their potential hourly rate is only paid if their site is up to standard. We find this to be very successful.
